A design that’s uniquely yours.
Are you ready to create your personal retreat?
Your space should be warm and inviting, like the feeling of wrapping yourself in a blanket just out of the dryer.
My philosophy is to incorporate your interests, colors, and what home means to you into a space that is functional, eco-friendly, and individual. Your home should be filled with items that are important to you: maybe that’s a vintage dresser handed down from your Grandmother, pictures from your favorite travel destination, or reclaimed wood from a local flea market.
No two designs are the same because no two people are the same - and that’s what I love about my work. The challenge is to find new ways to define spaces within your home to make it more functional, beautiful, and uniquely yours.
I’ve been in thousands of homes - from working as a real estate agent, to helping my family’s business, I’ve seen it all. And there’s one thing I’m absolutely sure of when it comes to design, and that is that your home should be your retreat.
A kitchen that invites you in
This open layout was the result of a complete kitchen gut job. The function improved with an 8 ft. island centered in an inviting layout to serve as the main gathering spot for family and friends and cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling for more storage. The floors are eco-friendly barn wood, chosen for how long they will last and thus not end up in a landfill.
A Welcoming Entry
This dynamic entryway welcomes you in with marble-checked floors, an all-white staircase, and floor-to-ceiling picture molding that draws your eye up. The custom stair runner is slip-proof, durable, and pet friendly.
Cozy, Comfortable Living Room
This warm and inviting color palette and timeless design incorporated treasures from the client's past travels, their grandmother's chairs, which were reupholstered and stuffed to reuse instead of buying new. Crown molding draws the eye up to the high ceilings, and new window treatments control light in and out of the space.
Budget-friendly Bathroom Overhaul
Updating and brightening up this bathroom was accomplished on a budget with subway and penny tile, new fixtures, and a user-friendly storage nook in the shower.
Storage Solution for an Entertaining Queen
Creating an area perfect for entertaining for this client meant white shaker cabinets with elongated glass tile and glass cabinets that compliment the family heirloom glassware and trinkets. Sturdy quartz countertops are user-friendly and won't end up in a landfill anytime soon.
Fostering a Focal Point
This large room had extremely high ceilings and felt cold, so the mantle helped define the space and add warmth. The fireplace's molding brought in color and invites the outside in. The mirror adds visual interest and the client's personal decor touches made the room uniquely theirs.
